Baruna bags 3 awards during PHE- ONWJ Marine Contractor Meeting
During Quarter 4 of Marine Contractor Meeting last February 18, 2016 Baruna bested other offshore companies to brag 3 awards namely :
1. Best Fuel Efficiency 2. Best Navigation Practice 3. Best Machineries and safe practice.
The company has proven once again that staying in line with the company’s standards has its rewards despite the challenging times for oil and gas industry. Part of Baruna’s mission is to technologically improve its vessel. Included is the technology that has been installed in our vessels to reduce fuel cost by optimizing fuel consumption. Supply Vessel Grosbeak is a testament to fuel efficiency .In fact, Grosbeak has been awarded last year for the same category for Best fuel efficiency by PHE-ONWJ.
Alongside this award , two of Baruna’s crew were given recognition for Safety Practices. Best Navigation practice in 500 Meter Zone was awarded to Captain Mulyono and Best Machineries and safe practice was awarded to Chief Engineer Jeffry Martogi. The company extends its heartfelt gratitude to the hardworking crews especially to both Captain Mulyono and Chief Engineer Jeffrey for bringing pride to the company.
