PT Baruna Raya Logistics (Company) is a pioneer and a top player in the Indonesia OSV market, with over 50 years of experience since its establishment on 22 January 1974. The Company started as a joint venture with Gulf Offshore Marine Pte Ltd (then called Offshore Logistics Ltd) (“GOM”), a United States OSV Company. By 1985, management and shareholders of Company had bought over 100% of PT Baruna Raya Logistics and become 100% Indonesia Owned Company. PT Baruna Raya Logistics (Company) operates a diversified fleet of marine vessels such as crew boats, anchor handling towing supply (“AHTS”) vessels and utility boats. It provides these vessels for charter by oilfield operators across Indonesia.

The Company has an over 50 year history of being a provider of marine services, supporting many of Indonesia’s major oil fields operated by large multinationals such as Exxonmobil, BP, Chevron, CNOOC, Shell and Conoco Philips as well as major local companies such as Pertamina. Its ships are utilized by offshore oil field operators in various phases of offshore exploration, field development and production, including towing of (and anchor handling for) mobile offshore drilling units, pipe & cable laying, transporting supplies and personnel necessary to sustain drilling, work-over and production activities and offshore construction.

The Company’s operations span throughout the various Indonesian crude oil and natural gas exploration and production regions given its large number of ships. The Company also operates its own maintenance plant to service the engines and to conduct repairs on its ships. It also provides replacement vessels should there be a breakdown or interruption to any of the contracted vessels. The Company aims to provide continuous top quality service to its customers by operating a relatively large number of fleet and having its own in-house repair facility.
